Trudy's Mexican Martini

If you've never been to Austin, give the Trudy's Trifecta a go. You will be sorry.

Ingredients

• 2 oz tequila

• 1 oz orange liqueur (Cointreau liqueur preferred over Triple-sec)

• 1-2 oz Sprite

• 1 oz orange juice

• 1/2 lime's juice

• splash of olive juice (optional)

• Coarse salt (such as kosher salt, for rimming the glass)

• Pimiento-stuffed green olives (manzanillas), for garnish

Directions

1. Shake all ingredients and strain into glass rimmed with salt; add stuffed olives.
