Quick Pineapple Punch

Tequila Pineapple - the well drink you can never go wrong with (make sure it's 100% Agave Tequila)

Ingredients:

• 1.5 oz Calle 23 Reposado Tequila

• 0.5 oz lustau pedro ximenez "san emilio" sherry

• 1.5 oz fresh pineapple juice

• 1 oz lime juice

• 2 dashes Angostura bitters

• pineapple wedge

Directions:

• rim rocks glass with chili salt

• build wet ingredients in mixing glass

• full with ice and shake

• strain into a rocks glad over fresh ice

• garnish with pineapple wedge
