Nix’s Mezcal Marg

Simple marg, complex mezcal.

Ingredients

• 1.5 fl oz Del Maguey VIDA mezcal

• 1.5 fl oz (or 3/4-1) Triple sec liqueur (40%)

• 1 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

• 1/6 fl oz Agave syrup

• 1/2 pinch Salt

• 8 drop smoke bitters

Directions

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice filled old fashioned glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
