Ma's Coconut Coriander Chutney

Ma's homemade classic chutney - goes great with idli and dosa.

Ingredients
3/4 cup peanut
1/3 bunch coriander (.75 cup mashed)
2-3 tbspns coconut (shredded, dried)
5 tbspn water
1/2 tspn chili powder
1/8 tspn hing (asafoiteda)
dash lemon juice
1 tspn coriander powder
salt to taste
1 green chili (optional, spice to taste)
2 tbspn Swad-brand mint chutney (optional, to taste)
Directions
Blend in magic bullet or food processor (put less water to start and balance with more coriander and peanuts to get the texture right).
Keeps in the fridge a few days or in the freezer a few weeks
