Healthier French Onion Dip

Chip dip with much less guilt!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups nonfat Greek Yogurt or full fat yogurt

  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup Dried Onion Flakes

  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt


Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl

  2. Refrigerate at least 5 minutes, allowing dried onions to rehydrate.

  3. Serve French onion dip chilled with potato chips, crackers, vegetables, pita chips, or sliced baguette and (optional) garnish with parsley and chives.

  4. Store leftovers in fridge for 5 days
