Bluey's Pedro Chicken Burrito

Fresh, clean and delicious lunch staple.

Ingredients
garlic hummus
romaine lettuce, chopped
pickled cabbage (optional)
quick pickled red onions
chopped tomatoes (liquid part of tomato scooped out)
grilled or pulled chicken, chopped into fine cubes
pistacho dukka : some black seed ? (optional)
avocado
avocado or normal mayo
burrito wrap
Directions
build: tortilla, lay garlic hummus in a thin layer across the whole tortilla
add 1 tbpsn mayo and 1/4 cup (half a whole) avocado and mash with a fork to make a homogenous sauce texture
layer on lettuce, then pickled onions (don’t use too much and separate each strand), then pickled cabbage, followed by chicken
wrap very tightly to a 2 inch cylinder from the bottom, wrap the sides and finish the wrap
heat a skillet and brown the sides of the tortilla til lightly browned
serve cut in half with salsa
