Stir Fry Gailon and Mushrooms (Chef Maam)

Extremely simple dish that adds a nice, crispy green component to your meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups gailon - cut four inch leaf pieces and leave stems. Then peel the rough parts off the base of stems and add in

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • one cup mushrooms - if using dried, get “Black dried fungus” and add water to rehydrate for 10minute , or if using fresh, slice

  • 3 tablespoon oil

  • salt


Directions

  1. Heat wok until smoking, add 3tbspn Oil

  2. Add gailon and mushrooms and garlic and a dash of salt

  3. Stir fry for 4 minutes until cooked but still crisp
