Restaurant Fajitas - Chicken or Steak

A Tex-Mex Classic.

Ingredients
1 green or red bell pepper
1 medium yellow onion
6-10 taco-size flour or corn tortillas
2 tbspn oil
salt to taste
Toppings (all optional)
1/2 cup Guacamole
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1 cup shredded mexican or monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup salsa (whatever you like)
1 fresh lime (or 1 tspn lime juice)
2 tbspn chopped cilantro
Directions
Fajita Veggies: Heat 1 tbsp oil on a medium skillet on high heat and add 1 tbsp minced garlic, saute 30s until fragrant. add sliced bell pepper and onion and a pinch of salt to skillet. saute 3-5 minutes until starts to blacken but is still crisp
Assemble Fajita: Build meat, veggies and all toppings on a tortilla. Garnish with fresh lime juice and cilantro. Consume.
