Whole30 Healthy Blue Ribbon Turkey Chili

Much simpler version of the blue ribbon chili, this time Whole30 Compliant. You won't even miss the beans!
Prep time: 15m, Total start-to-eat time: 1hr
Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
2-3 tbsp cooking oil like avocado
1-1.5 large onion, finely diced (around 2 cups)
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 x 14.5oz crushed fire roasted tomatoes, lightly drained (check ingredients, get non-fire roasted or fresh tomatoes if you have to)
Spices (make sure all are whole30 compliant aka simple ingredients and no sugar):
1/2 cup chicken or beef broth
2 tbspn trader joes taco sauce
1 tbsp coconut aminos
2 tbspn cumin
1 tspn cilantro powder
1 tspn creole seasoning, like old bay
1 package butternut squash zig-zag cut from trader joe's (or 1.5-2 cups uncooked butternut squash, pealed and cut into small, 1/4 inch cubes)
1-1.5 bell peppers sliced
Optional:
1 tsp salt (or seasoned salt), after cooking, to taste
1 jalapeno or serrano pepper diced
ghost or chili powder to taste (add more sparingly, we use kiva brand from amazon)
1 tbsp whole30 compliant homemade veggie oyster sauce (very optional)
Directions
Place IP on saute+more setting. add oil, garlic, onions and jalapeno peppers, saute stirring for five minutes until softened.
Add ground meat and stir, crumbling and breaking pieces with wooden spoon until browned but not fully cooked, about 3min. don't drain the delicious juices!
Add all other ingredients and stir well.
Set IP to manual+pressure cook at 5 minutes. quick release
Stir well, add ghost pepper and salt to taste. If you have time, let flavors meld in fridge for a few hours - you can freeze leftovers too!
